Graham and Ande make it official!

Graham and I worked together at AT&T Wireless back in the day, before I bailed to become a fulltime photographer, and Graham soon followed. I received a call from him about a week or so ago that he was going to propose to his sweetheart Ande, and wanted me to not only photograph it, but also to assist him in pulling it off. My immediate comment to him was, " You guys aren't married?!"

I met them at The Hornet, a special place for them, under the impression that I was just going to do a few nighttime fun pics. During our walk down Broadway, Graham slipped me the ring for his later move. Once we found the appropriate spot, Graham asked me if I had anything that would work for a ring, and I looked around on the ground for a cigar band or something, but gave him the beautiful antique ring to put on her finger. Now for some news that Graham didn't know. When he gave me the ring, I slipped it on my pinky so it would be ready to go. When it came time for me to give it to him, I couldn't get it off! But though persistance and a little stalling, I managed to remove it. Whew!
